♦ Take along two photo IDs to CHT Point of Sale to add this package.
♦ Reply system notification SMS('CHP01' for 1GB or 'CHP03' for 3GB).
► The package will be ended and you can't use any data service in China, Hong Kong, Macau, USA and Canada. However, you can use data service in other countries. If you still need to use data in China, Hong Kong, Macau USA or Canada, you can apply another Lite package through application channels or reply system notification SMS when the accumulated data usage volume reaches 70% or 100%, or after the package is due.

※However, the usage statistics are based on the records of the foreign industry operator. Due to the limited data transmission mechanism of foreign operator, there is a delay notice. The actual usage is subject to the bill. After the application is applied for the deduction of the light package in China, Hong Kong, Macau, USA and Canada, the online rate of the other countries is priced at the official website announcement rate.
※Do not provide day cap, please use data service cautiously in those countries.
♦ When you subscriber the package, the system will send subscriber SMS. When you use data service in China, Hong Kong, Macau, USA and Canada, mean is activate a lite package, the system will send activate SMS.
♦ When the accumulated data usage volume reaches 70% and 100%. The system will send notes SMS
♦ When to package deadline, the system will send notice SMS.
♦ When you cancel the package, the system will send cancel notice SMS. The package will not be charged if no data usage in China, Hong Kong or Macau. However, for usage charges in the other countries, please refer to Data Rate for detail.
♦ The package will be fully charged once data usage is generated in China, Hong Kong or Macau. Some countries do not provide day cap, please use data service cautiously in those countries.
► The last valid date will be The day you start to use in China, Hong Kong, Macau, USA or Canada plus 7 days. For instance, if you start to use the Lite package at 09:00 on Dec. 11th, 2018, then the valid period will be end at 23:59:59 on Dec. 18th, 2018 (Taiwan time).
► The SMS of replying notification SMS will be charged by Universal card China, Hong Kong, Macau, USA or Canada's SMS tariff (to Taiwan).
► Yes. You can apply Day Cap or Monthly Package when Lite Data Package run out or expired. However, your Lite package will be cancelled if you change to another data plan before run out or expired. And the unused volume or days cannot be refunded or compensated by cash or postponed. If new package is day cap package then will effective on next day,if new package is monthly will effective on the day.
► As the service countries of this Lite package have been included in Great China Data Package (monthly), Multi-Country Data Monthly Package and USA Data Monthly Package, so you can only subscribe one of them by your preference.
Day cap package in China, Hong Kong, Macau, USA or Canada and Lite package (China, Hong Kong, Macau, USA or Canada) are either one option when subscription.

► Check APN setting in your handset:

1. [Setting] → [Cellular] → [Cellular Data Options] → turn on [Data Roaming]、[Enable LTE] → [Data only]
2. [Setting] → [Cellular] → [Cellular Data Network] → Input "CMHK" to APN field
Android
1. [Setting] → [Mobile Data] → [Turn on "Data Roaming"]、[Network Mode] → [4G/WCDMA/GSM Auto]
2. [Setting] → [Mobile Data] → [Access Point Name] → upper right corner dots icon for more options → [New APN] → Name:「CMHK DATA」、APN:「CMHK」 → OK
※If you still cannot connect to the Internet after the APN has been changed to “CMHK”, please reboot your handset to force the new APN to be in effect.
※Because various local signal coverage, your experience may not be the same as using Chunghwa network in Taiwan.
