2.【Setting】→【Mobile Data】→【Access Point Name】→ upper right coner dots icon for more options→【New APN】→ Name:「CMHK DATA」,APN:「CMHK」→ OK
※If you still cannot connect to the Internet after the APN has been changed to “CMHK”, please reboot your handset to force the new APN to be in effect.
※Because various local signal coverage, your experience may not be the same as using Chunghwa network in Taiwan.
※The data service fee for using Universal Card is different from the service charge for you using Chunghwa Telecom in Taiwan. Please use it with caution.
※Universal Card no support VoLTE yet, please turn off to keep signal stability.

►If I travel to more than one country in a day, how you will charge for day cap?
1.Round trip in different countries on the same day, such as between Hong Kong and China, or Macau and China, Day cap of data usage will be accumulated by operators.
2.Somewhere in between (neighborhood of border), such as between Macau and Zhuhai, it's recommanded to select mobile operator manually to be [CMCC] or [CTM] to avoid receiving the signal of the other one and being charged by different day cap.
►Why suddenly lost data connection while I was using data service?
In order to help you to manage your roaming data expense, we give every Universal Card user a default monthly threshold NT$5,000. So the data service will be suspended upon the threshold reached. If you want to be exempted from this, you can either
1.Please download and sign the「Unlimited Data Service Agreement」then fax to (02)2546-2027 or e-mail to S2TService@sim2travel.com
2.Or send a SMS to +886-972-900-154 via your Universal Card service number, with the following content: “I want to use Data Service and agreed to pay the bill. Do not suspend my data service.“
►Does Universal Card support 4G service?
Yes. Universal Card has been providing 4G data service, however, when encountering 4G coverage issue in local, you still can access 3G or 2G network. The signal coverage and data speed will be subject to local network.
1.In Hong Kong, if you want to use Wi-Fi only, please do turn off mobile data function on your handset to avoid connecting to mobile internet and cause data charge.
2.Data volume calculates use 「KB」or 「10KB」,less than 1KB in 1KB or less than 10KB in 10KB.
3.Some countries do not provide day cap, please use data service cautiously in those countries.
